For sure! Marlu Estate is a dedicated holiday home – not a shared space or someone’s residence. When you book, you’ll have the entire property to yourselves, giving you total privacy, comfort, and the freedom to fully relax.
We realise this is your holiday and we want you to have a fabulous time. To help make it easier for you to slip into holiday mode we provide the following:
- all beds will be made up with quality linens prior to your arrival.
- bath towels are provided for each guest.
- well stocked kitchen with seasonings, tea and coffee pods so you can have a break before heading to the local shops.
Marlu Estate is a strictly non-smoking environment. No smoking is permitted in the house.
We’re so glad you’re looking to celebrate something special – but Marlu Estate isn’t suitable for parties, weddings, or Schoolies. We’re all about peaceful getaways and relaxing in nature. Thanks for understanding!
The property is located in Worrigee, Worrigee is next to Nowra and is less than 2 hours from Sydney.
There is the Master bedroom that has a king-size bed, there are another two bedrooms that have queen-size beds however these queen beds can be separated as they can zip out to single beds (please let us know if you would like those beds as queen or singles) the last bedroom is a queen configuration bunker bed with the queen at top and bottom.
Yes, we do, The main house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10, we have a guest house that sleeps another 4 people. The guest house does not have 2 separate rooms. Please let us know if you need the extra space.
Yes – and it’s one of the best things about staying here! You’ll likely spot kangaroos, wallabies, and a variety of beautiful birds during your stay. Please note that hunting is strictly not allowed – we love sharing this peaceful space with our native wildlife.
We have a small Outdoor gym outside, We do have a Gym in the shed that requires special access.
Yes! We’ll have a supply of firewood ready and waiting for you just above the fire pit. Perfect for cosy evenings under the stars.
Absolutely – feel free to help yourself to fresh eggs from the coop during your stay. It’s a guest favourite!
Standard check-in is from 12pm, and check-out is also 12pm. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate earlier arrivals or later check-outs when possible – just reach out and we’ll do our best!
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund as long as it’s 14 days or more before your arrival date.
If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, we’re unable to offer a refund – we hope you understand. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need to discuss your booking!
In order to protect natural wildlife there are strictly no pets allowed on the property.
All bed linen and towels are provided, should you require portacots or childrens beds during your stay please inform management prior to your arrival date.
